Shipping
- We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all the U.S. merchandise orders $69 and over (excluding taxes). Orders received before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. Orders recived after 12:00 PST Mondy-Friday will process on the next following day.
- Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Orders received on Friday by 12:00 PM PST, selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday, barring unforeseen carrier delays.
- Once your order shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking link for the latest shipping status.
Holidays
All orders process and ship on Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Time Frame
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed. You will receive an e-mail with a shipment detail, tracking number.
Shipping Carrier(s)
All domestic order(s) will ship by using USPS or UPS. Depends on a weight of an item(s), you can select either Priority Mail or UPS Ground for your order.
Overnight or 1-day Express mail are also available.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on their condition or customer provides an incorrect delivery address that cause the item(s) send back to the seller.
If you placed an order and received the free shipping at the first place, and you no longer qualify the free shipping for the second time shipment. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.
